Creo Mundi Return Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. To minimize returns and avoid incurring shipping charges, we ask that you check carefully the sizing charts before you place your order.
Please talk to us about your reason for return. Let us know what went wrong, so we can make sure it doesn't happen again to you or to anyone else. If it's not right, give us the chance to make it right. Call us Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. Or email info@creomundi.com.
You may return any item for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charge (or exchange the item). Note: This does not apply to clearance, custom or sale items where all sales are final.
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products must be returned in like-new condition and include original tags. For food products such as the Creo Mundi Protein Drink, unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept returns.
Credit Card returns will be credited back to your account less shipping charges. Bank draft and money order payments will be refunded less the shipping charges. Please email us for any additional return information (info@creomundi.com) and please include the following information with your returned goods and send to the address below. If this information is not included, refunds can take longer to process.

- Reason for return
- Return for replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please allow 10 - 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund.
